Getting Started
First, we have to determine if we can possibly provide service to your area.
In some cases, we may currently not provide service but, there is also a way to address the lack of service in your area but first, let's assume we can provide you service.
Once contacted, we come to your home and perform a signal strength test to determine what type of equipment is best suited for your location. During that free consultation, we schedule a time at your convience for the install to occur. Depending on too many factors to list here, the install can take from 1 to 4 hours. However, we know your time is valuble and want to get up and running fast so we will not waste a single minute of it.
We then come perform the installation. Additionally, we will gladly reconfigure any equipment that you own that directly interfaces with the internet connection, free of charge. Connect a wireless router and use your connection for multiple computers at a time. The possibilities are virtually limitless.
As far as the equipment goes, we maintain ownership of all installed equipment. The cost of some setups can be extremely expensive and we simply cannot expect our customers to purchase such. Also, this means you are never out a penney for maintenance or equipment failure. NEVER!

The technology used has been in use for several decades. It is exactly the same technology used in your wireless router, used by your cellphone or even your garage door opener. The FCC has allocated what they consider unlicensed bands that anyone can utilize as long as certain criteria is followed. We utilize these bands just on a larger scale. It is an extremely tried and true mechanism for delivering high speed internet access that in many cases, is faster that land-line based access.
